- Kyrene schools
comprised of 25 schools which enroll over 18,500 students in grades
kindergarten through eighth grade each year, is located in the Phoenix
Metro area and serves four municipalities
(Tempe, Guadalupe, Phoenix
and Chandler) and approximately half of the Gila River Indian
Reservation.
The District boundaries cover 130 square miles; 72 of these square miles
fall within city municipalities and the remaining 58 encompass the Indian
Reservation.
- Mesa Schools
Mesa Public Schools: The future’s inside! MPS is renowned for its visionary
leadership,faculty and staff,curriculum development and community support.Student
achievement abounds in every facet of campus life — from academics and the arts
to
career and technical education,sports and club activities.
Our 74,000 students
attend 72 neighborhood schools,and a variety of alternative and innovative
programs of choice.
- Tempe Middle Schools
The district, established in 1908 in the quiet community of Tempe,
has grown from
one high school serving fewer than 100 students to six comprehensive high
schools, one alternative high school and a gifted academy serving nearly 13,000
students. The Tempe Union High School district now encompasses 162 square
miles and serves Tempe, the Town of Guadalupe, parts of Mesa, Chandler and
Phoenix, including the Ahwatukee Foothills.
- Chandler Schools
The Chandler Unified School District is located in the Southeastern part of the
Phoenix metropolitan area. Chandler Unified serves 23,000 students in grades
K-12 and encompasses 80 square miles, though not all of the City of Chandler.
